About Us

Outright BPO Services was founded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, by two business partners - Tina Marian and Hurschel Koshan. They came up with this BPO business idea during the pandemic.   

The sudden crisis has badly affected the business world, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises, it led Tina and Hurschel to think about how to support the struggling businesses to survive during the pandemic and thereafter. Then they built Outright BPO Services.   

Tina and Hurschel aimed to help company owners manage their day-to-day business functions which will allow them to stay focused on growing their business to generate more revenue and profits.  

However, building a BPO services company as a third party to manage non-primary business activities and functions is insufficient to support the business growth of our clients. At the same time, Tina and Hurschel wanted to differentiate Outright BPO Services from the rest of the BPO service companies in Malaysia and other countries. So they decided to work with clients as one team (or partners) rather than just a service provider.   

This will make our clients don’t feel any different by taking Outright BPO services to support their non-core activities. They can access our BPO team anytime to track the performance and work progress. Working with our clients as one team will help them to optimize their business functions and achieve the best results.
